ZALK-Joseph. 85, died May 16, 2003, at home in Floral Park, NY, after a long illness. Joe was the devoted husband of Lee, proud father of Richard and Connie, grandfather of David, brother of Milton and brother-in-law of Estelle. Joe was a World War II Army veteran and fierce fighter for justice in his private law practice, which spanned more than 60 years, believing that all people deserved fair representation. He was one of those rare people who truly left the world a better place than when he arrived. Service to be held Sunday, May 18, at Riverside Nassau-North Chapel in Great Neck at 2 PM. Burial to follow at Beth David Cemetery.
